No. ATLPCP is a curated, concierge-led network. You are not browsing strangers, comparing bids, or hoping someone accepts your job. Your Concierge matches your pet to a professional we've screened and onboarded, and coordinates the visit personally.

Who is BLU, and does BLU replace a human?

BLU is our Concierge assistant. BLU helps organize intake, answer common questions, and route your request. A real person on our Concierge team reviews sensitive, urgent, medical, safety, and scheduling matters — BLU never replaces human judgment and does not provide veterinary diagnosis or emergency care.

Care Specialists and Certified Partners we've personally screened, interviewed, and onboarded to ATLPCP standards. Your Concierge matches the right professional to your pet's routine, temperament, and needs.

Is a Meet & Greet required?

Accepted Answer

For most new relationships, yes. It lets you meet your professional in person, walk through routines, access, feeding, medications, and emergency contacts before any regular visits begin. Your Concierge will confirm whether a Meet & Greet is required for your specific request.

What does the $50 Meet & Greet fee cover?

The one-time $50 fee covers Concierge coordination, scheduling with your matched professional, an in-home visit to review routines and access, and documentation in your pet's profile so future visits start fully briefed. It is not applied toward a subscription and is refundable per our Refund Policy if we're unable to complete the visit.

How do I get started?

Ask BLU a question or start your pet's profile. Your Concierge will follow up personally, schedule a Meet & Greet, and build a care plan tailored to your household.

What happens after I submit my intake?

Your intake is reviewed by a human Concierge — usually the same business day. We confirm coverage, understand your goals, propose a Meet & Greet or care plan, and only then invite you to book. Nothing is auto-scheduled.

How quickly will someone respond?

We aim to respond same business day for standard requests and sooner for urgent ones flagged in intake. Response windows depend on complexity and time of day; your Concierge will confirm expectations directly rather than guarantee a time.

Can I request a specific professional?

Yes. Once you've had a Meet & Greet or completed visits, you can request the same professional going forward. Continuity is one of the reasons families choose ATLPCP — we prioritize keeping the same trusted specialist with your pet.

How do cancellations work?

Cancellation and rescheduling terms are covered in our Refund & Cancellation Policy. As a general rule: as much notice as possible helps us protect your specialist's time; your Concierge will help you find the fairest path if something changes last minute.

Does ATLPCP provide veterinary advice?

No. We are not a veterinary clinic and BLU does not diagnose, prescribe, or replace your vet. If something looks like a medical or safety emergency, contact your veterinarian or an emergency animal hospital directly — and let your Concierge know so we can support you.

What is PawPass and do I need it?

PawPass is our optional membership for families who want priority access, preferred capacity, and concierge perks. It's recommended only when it genuinely fits your care pattern—never as a hard sell.

What if there's an emergency?

Emergencies are routed immediately to your Concierge and, when medical, to licensed veterinary professionals. BLU never diagnoses or replaces your vet—we coordinate fast, safe next steps.
